Yoga & Sound Healing With Zen Diego Wellness

Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and community in collaboration with Zen Diego Wellness. Start your morning with an all-levels yoga class from 9:00–10:00 AM, with the final 15 minutes dedicated to a relaxing sound bath healing experience designed to help you unwind and reset. After class, head over to Orli La Jolla's private courtyard for a social hour featuring a curated collection of local wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and artisan vendors. Enjoy connecting with the community, discovering local businesses, and exploring some of San Diego's favorite wellness brands. Guests are encouraged to wear black or white workout attire, if possible. We cannot wait to see you there!
