About This Event
Join us for a fusion class led by Vanessa Mayer and Jennifer Tipton, combining pilates and yoga from 9:00–10:00 AM on the grounds of La Jolla Woman’s Club. After class, enjoy an optional acupuncture session with Tradi Shen from Japanese Acupuncture & Wellness from 10:00–10:30 AM.
Then, head next door to Orli’s private courtyard for a Wellness Market from 10:30 AM–12:00 PM featuring non-alcoholic sips by Monday Morning, nourishing guidance from Angie’s Real Nutrition, bagels by Olix Home Bakery, and more.
